Ole Hoefelmann, President of Nikola Energy at Nikola Corporation, brings three decades of experience in the hydrogen economy, primarily from his tenure at Air Liquide S.A. With roles spanning the U.S. and Europe, he led teams of up to 3,000 employees and held titles like CEO and Vice President across various divisions. His accomplishments include scaling hydrogen energy, enhancing safety protocols, and expanding into new markets like transportation.

Joining Plug Power in 2021, Ole managed their Electrolyzer business and served as an operating partner for Hy24. He has also held leadership positions in industry associations like CaFCP and FCHEA.
