Rajesh Kumathekar is the founder of iTHRIVE Nature, a green energy startup developing hydrogen production and e-methanol projects for hard-to-abate transport sectors. He brings over 34 years of experience in technology development, product planning, and innovation management, including 26 years at Tata Motors leading development across cars, trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles.

Rajesh has held leadership roles at Advantek Fuel Systems, EKA Mobility, and Fluid Controls, and has contributed to hydrogen and alternative fuel technology across global markets.
